PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days after receiving his order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without justifying the return. More information can be found below:

The merchant must refund the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, he may delay refunding if he does not receive the products or receipt for their return. Refunds must include shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.
Returns will only be accepted if the products that the customer wishes to return are in the exact same condition in which they were received, i.e. without having been unsealed or tampered with. In general, any return of products is only possible after telephone consultation or sending an e-mail to info@gift-shop.gr
In the event of a return of the products, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 14 days from the date gift-shop.gr receives the returned products. The refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account, which will be notified to gift-shop.gr in time and in writing.
In case of a change of products during the discount period, the customer is charged with the cost of transport (return and 2nd shipment) of €6.
The online store operates at the online address www.gift-shop.gr under the terms and conditions presented above. The courts of Xanthi are responsible for any dispute. The use of the online store requires the unconditional acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
